Second Time Travelling in Europe

I've been in Europe since last Saturday. I flew in from Taipei via Hong Kong and met my parents on Heathrow airport. If you are ever in a panic and thinking about using your credit card on a payphone in an airport to phone abroad DON'T!! The charge is ridiculously high. Always make sure that you have the applicable phone numbers of friends and family in the country you come into. After reuniting and enjoying a cup of coffee we hired a car and started our travels together. This is the second “family” trip since my trip in Thailand with my brother. After 4 hours navigating our way through the English countryside we arrived at our B&B in Windermere, The great lake district. Navigation on the highways and byways through UK was made easy by using the website www.theaa.com , navigating through a city such as Edinburgh is another story, especially if road works force you into diversion roads that you cannot see on your map, we spend about 3hours forcefully exploring the city of Edinburgh. 2 nights in Winderemere, 1 night in Edinburgh, stopped at Stirling and shook hands with William Wallace. 1 Night in Invereness. From there we explored the Loch Ness and it’s imaginary inhabitant on our way to Glassgow. We flow in from Glassgow to Marseille,France. Two days there and we are now in Lyon. Tomorrow Paris!
